Ballet Brighton
Classes follow the Royal Academy of Dance Children’s Examination Syllabus from Pre-Primary through to Grade 8 as well as the Vocational Route from Intermediate Foundation through to Advanced 2. The Royal Academy of Dance syllabi are designed to encourage the development of sound ballet technique that is relevant for the world of ballet today based on elements such as core stability, weight placement, turn out and line as well as movement dynamics, musicality and performance skills.
Achievement in ballet aids motor control, self-expression, physical fitness and stamina, discipline, mental ability and confidence.
At Ballet Brighton it is of paramount importance that the correct amount of time and care is invested in classwork to ensure that young students are properly nurtured and prepared to fulfil their best potential. Non Syllabus coaching classes are offered alongside PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) classes and Adult Ballet Classes are offered for Beginners and for Intermediate/ Advanced level students.
