General Level (1hr 15mins) Energy for Life
Tuesday, 11-12:15pm (not currently running, please register interest for Summer Term)

Sign up for a half termly block of classes for those revisiting or continuing their love of dance. These classes are about remembering and improving posture and correct technique for Classical Ballet. Material is developed over a half term period to really allow for a sense of progression. A really positive start to the week and a full body workout.

Intermediate/Advanced (1.5 hours)
Exeter Street Hall
Fridays, 6-7:30pm
Pointe, 7:30-8pm

A class for those with previous experience, revisiting Ballet after a break or currently practising dancers of Intermediate and Advanced level. This non syllabus Ballet class, set to wonderful music is both challenging and enjoyable as only Ballet can be. You will leave the studio after a full body workout feeling like you have really danced. Bliss. This class is followed by 30 mins pointe for those who wish.

General Level (1.15 hour) Richmond Parade Studios
Saturdays, 9-10:15am

For those with some previous experience of Ballet and for those revisiting Ballet after a break, this class is for you. Ballet class is moving in tune with your whole body and a move towards increased harmony of movement, strength, grace and good posture. Set to classical music carefully selected for maximum enjoyment. Come and share a joy for dance.
